Registrations for the main programme and precongress courses are available for both in-person and virtual attendance. The program includes access to the scientific programme, sponsored sessions and virtual exhibition in real-time, during the sessions, as well as on-demand access to the meeting platform for 5 months after the event.

Non-members can apply for membership during the registration process, but please note that membership reductions only apply when you are a member in good standing order at the time of registration. If you register for precongress courses, you will have virtual access to all courses in 2025. You can attend only one precongress course in-person in Paris, and all other precongress courses will become available on-demand after the event.

Registration fees are non-refundable, and name changes are not possible. Prices are in Euro and include of 20% French VAT.

The deadline for early registration is 6 May 2025 (23:59 CEST), and standard registration is 3 June 2025 (23:59 CEST). Registrations can only be confirmed with payment.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until Friday 25 April 2025 for standard registrations and Friday 23 May 2025 for late registrations.

After these dates, payments can only be made by credit card.

All participants are required to wear their congress badges at all times. If you lose or misplace your badge, an administrative fee of 100 Euro will be charged to issue a new one.
