Register now for ESHRE Annual Meeting 2025.
ESHRE 2025 will be offering a hybrid format this year, which includes the option of in-person attendance at the meeting venue as well as a virtual connection via live-stream that attendees can access from a distance. Additionally, there will be an on-demand offering for those who are unable to attend the live sessions.
Please note that the below rates are for participants from the Lower Middle, Upper Middle, and High-Income economies countries, as per the world bank classification.
The registration fee for the main program includes admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibition as well as a certificate of attendance. Additionally, on-demand access is available post-annual meeting.

Terms & Conditions
- Registrations for the main programme and precongress courses are available for both in-person and virtual attendance. The program includes access to the scientific programme, sponsored sessions and virtual exhibition in real-time, during the sessions, as well as on-demand access to the meeting platform for 5 months after the event.
- Non-members can apply for membership during the registration process, but please note that membership reductions only apply when you are a member in good standing order at the time of registration.
- If you register for precongress courses, you will have virtual access to all courses in 2024. You can attend only one precongress course in-person in Amsterdam, and all other precongress courses will become available on-demand after the event.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, and name changes are not possible. Prices are in Euro and exclusive of 21% Dutch VAT.
- The deadline for early registration is 7 May 2024 (23:59 CEST), and standard registration is 11 June 2024 (23:59 CEST). Registrations can only be confirmed with payment.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until Friday 1 May 2024 for standard registrations and Monday 5 June 2024 for late registrations. After these dates, payments can only be made by credit card.
- All participants are required to wear their congress badges at all times. If you lose or misplace your badge, an administrative fee of 100 Euro will be charged to issue a new one.
