Group Registration

Please note that the below rates are for participants from the Lower Middle, Upper Middle, and High-Income economies countries, as per the world bank classification.

Fees (prices mentioned are in Euro, exclusive 21% Dutch VAT)

Organizations, including companies and institutions, can provide support to individuals and groups by purchasing a certain number of registration codes. These codes can be given out to the chosen individuals who can then use them to register for the annual meeting.

Group Registrations Terms & Conditions

• Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
• If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a handling fee of 3% will be added to your payment.

Please note that the following information for each participant is required:

• Individual email address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
• Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
• Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.

Group Registration Process

• Group leaders need to register the group by completing the group form on this page.
• Our Group Services team will send you a participants sheet to fill out with the required information.
• After we receive the completed sheet, we will send you the invoice and payment instructions.
• If your registration fee is unpaid after the deadline, it will be upgraded to the Late registration fee.
• Please note that all prices exclude 21% VAT and are in EUR.
• Registration Confirmations will be sent within one week after payment is received.

Cancellation Conditions

• Registrations are non-refundable
• In case of Refunds, a Credit card surcharge of 3% will not be refunded.
• All prices mentioned are in EUR and exclusive of 21% VAT.
